My camera has been blinking recently. I switch it to black/white and then it quits blinking. Has anybody else had this happen? What's the cause of it and how can I fix it(besides going to b/w)?

Mine doesn't blink, but if it is color it will change hues. I think it has something to do with my room being dark some days and the camera self adjusting. I have heard of people putting a small desk lamp next to the camera. I keep mine in B/W most of the time. But my negative has stopped working, does anyone else have this problem?

Mine did this for most of last year, then toward the end of the school year it started turning itself off...getting really fuzzy. When I started back to school this year, it was not working at all. It is now at Central Office being looked at by 'Electrician Department!' Sorry not better news!

Electronics was able to fix 2 of 2 document cameras sent from Henry Clay. Shelley's was one of them so you may want to send yours to Electronics for Repair.

thanks,
Bryson

Mine started blinking like a strobe light a couple of days ago. The lights were off in the room at the time. When I turned the lights back on, it stopped blinking. It has been fine since. I suppose that it just did not have enough light. At least I hope that was the problem.

I think (and hope) that the problem is that somtimes one of the cords is loose that's attached to the document camera. I've pushed it in tighter and that seems to help.
