The Mathematics Instructional Learning Community (MILC) Project is an alliance among Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS) math teachers focusing on:
  • Increasing the pedagogy and content knowledge of math teachers;
  • Integrating technology tools into everyday math instruction; and
  • Developing, implementing and revising units of study.

Many Many Many Many people want more help with the TI-Navigator during evaluations....

Here is your chance... How many will take advantage???

Navigator User Group Conference at Gheens Academy in Louisville on January 20, 2006 no Cap to the amount of people and Lunch will be served it is from 10-3:00

Plan to attend and RSVP to tonya@ti.com

There is plenty of room and Tonya will reserve more rooms if needed. She needs everyone to RSVP because of space and Lunch.

Maybe you can carpool...

Do you know if this will be a hands on learning experience or a demonstartion of what the Navigator can do?

We can take our navigators and or laptops and do a hands on thing I think...

We don't really have the Sessions outlined yet

WE could possibly do a Fayette County or whoever else has a system and would like to work from the teacher side of things...

We can take our 6 notebook computers and silver graph link cables and make a practice class without having the navigator, but having the navigator is good for the getting it out of the box and setting it up lesson
