Mathematics Instructional Learning Community
The Mathematics Instructional Learning Community (MILC) Project is an alliance among Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS) math teachers focusing on:
  • Increasing the pedagogy and content knowledge of math teachers;
  • Integrating technology tools into everyday math instruction; and
  • Developing, implementing and revising units of study.

Location: IAKSS		The original dates were listed in the MILC application. However, Ruth needs to change the Oct. 4 meeting to October 23rd; so new dates include:

Oct 23 at TCHS Computer Lab #201
Nov. 29 at IAKSS/ 2nd floor
Dec. 6 at IAKSS/ 2nd floor
Dec. 13 at TCHS library

Mark your calendars! 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. (yes, I anticipate we will get out early each evening but the grant lists 3 hour follow-up's in the regs....)

Location: IAKSS		I think we decided that Shannon will just be involved with the TCHS group presentation and that will help on the time factor!

The schedule is perfect and will be great to see everyone together again
