Mathematics Instructional Learning Community
The Mathematics Instructional Learning Community (MILC) Project is an alliance among Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS) math teachers focusing on:
  • Increasing the pedagogy and content knowledge of math teachers;
  • Integrating technology tools into everyday math instruction; and
  • Developing, implementing and revising units of study.

Location: Henry Clay		I have used it every period since getting it. My students really like it. One thing I have done is to let them share their solutions using it which saves time that used to be used by them writing on the board.

Location: IAKSS		The principal at Henry Clay mentioned today that he was quite impressed with the document camera that he observed Mrs. Johnson using in a lesson. He had never seen one before!!

Not sure how the camera will work in my classes since we are still waiting on it, but am looking forward to using it.
I have used Hands on for about a week in my resource classes.
3-4 students have really taken to it. It is most efficient when able to spend time one on one.
