Please help. Melissa wrote a flash for one of our units but neither charlene nor I can get it to work. We have tried going to macromedia.com to download a player but that didn't work either. When I tried the one on the milc site it worked fine but when I saved it to my desktop it would not work. I am going to try something called flashcatcher? Any other suggestions? What am I doing wrong?

Just in case this happens to me, what did you have to do to fix this problem?

She couldn't get the flash player to download from macromedia. I downloaded it from a different website to my flash drive thingy and installed it that way.
