Location: Tates Creek | I recently partnered with my former high school teacher (who is a realtor now) and the Lexington-Bluegrass Association of Realtors (LBAR) to develop a financial tutorial that is aimed towards facilitating good mortgage and home-buying decisions to young adults; it is also great for first time home buyers. This project was ironically started before the recent “mortgage crisis”, but just now linked to on www.lbar.com.
