I ran across this idea online the other day. The cards for this one are for reviewing solving quadratic equations. You could easily make more sets of cards for whatever activity you wanted. I printed out color copies of the chutes and ladders game board at home, pasted onto cardstock and then had them laminated in the library. The kids pick a card, roll a die (which determines what method they use to solve the equation), solve the equation and then move their chip. My Alg 3 kids enjoyed themselves!!

What a great way to get the students involved without them even knowing it. I will use this in my Algebra II class. I think you could use this for systems of equations as well.
