I hope your year continues to go well.
A gentle reminder about a couple of things:

(1) Remember to prepare your Professional Growth Plan (PGP) and have a copy ready to submit to Natalee at our next (Nov.) MILC meeting.

(2) Remember also to schedule some time before December's MILC meeting to observe another teacher. You will want to write up a brief summary of your observations to turn in.
