What to do if a student is NOT rostered/enrolled in iReady:
From Technology:
If a student is not rostered in i-Ready, they need to FIRST check their roster in Infinite Campus.
If the student is not rostered in Infinite Campus, they need to THEN go to their school counselor (or registrar or whoever schedules in IC) and request that the student(s) be rostered into their section/class in IC.
If a student is added to the section roster in IC one day, they should appear in i-Ready the next day and have access as well.
But if the student IS rostered in IC and has been for at least a day, and they still do not have access or show up on the roster in i-ready, then they should submit a help desk ticket with i-Ready as the software option in IIQ, and our team will step in to help!
