| Math Posts: 45  Location: Eastside | Last year in geometry when we were studying reflections, rotations, symmetry, etc. I had groups of students design their own quilt pattern with triangles and glue them onto a poster board. The secretary noticed the patterns and decided to make a quilt from the patterns the students designed. I just got the quilt and it's hanging in my room. I have some of my students from last year and they love seeing their pattern in the quilt. I'll attach a picture for you.
