Location: IAKSS | Raytheon Co. is offering grants and scholarships to reward "math heroes" for their dedication to improving math education and their inspiration of participation in math.
The MathMovesU program gives $2,500 grants to people or to a school or math-related nonprofit program chosen by the person who is nominated.
The company seeks nominations of effective math teachers, (or students) -- people who use creativity while working with math or those who do a special math project. Nominate yourself or a colleague today!
The application deadline is Feb. 15.
